Ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/operational finance, cost accounting or financial analysis experience, and can work remotely with occasional travel to Houston and the Carolinas.

Qualifications

Job description

Our client is a $350M+ PE owned and rapidly growing international manufacturing and distribution company founded in 1986, that is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Strong preference for someone with operational finance/manufacturing finance experience
• Ideal profile is someone coming from a mid-market manufacturing company – could be a cost accountant or analyst, 5 + yrs experience.
• Wants someone who can support both Operations and Commercial Finance
• Opportunity for the individual to gravitate toward either operational or commercial finance based on strengths and interests

Responsibilities will include:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting
• Inventory reporting and analysis
• Labor and overhead cost analysis
• Manufacturing and operational performance reporting
• Forecasting and budgeting

This position can be fully remote, but this person would have to be open to occasional travel to Houston and the Carolina's. Base salary ~125k plus bonus.
