Job summary

Vaco partners with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will partner with operations leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for profitability and efficiency.

You will collaborate across plant, logistics, procurement, and finance to lead monthly forecasts, develop KPI dashboards, and support ROI analyses. Mentoring analysts and driving automation with Power BI and AI tools will be key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Analysis/FP&A experience.
• Manufacturing, operations, or cost accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business leaders.

Responsibilities
