Ladders is helping a client seek a Sr. Finance Systems Architect to shape the finance systems architecture for transformation programs across a global environment. The role partners with Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement to enable scalable S/4HANA capabilities and strengthen reporting and accounting outcomes.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $118,100 to $177,200 annually.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP FICO/S/4HANA Finance experience with senior architect or solution-lead responsibilities.
• Demonstrated delivery of ECC to S/4HANA conversions in complex global environments.
• Hands-on experience across commercial and manufacturing Finance processes.
• Expert knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Banking, Cash, Assets, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Intercompany.
• Strong implementation experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and ECC-to-S/4 changes.
• Excellent communication skills influencing diverse stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Architect to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape the finance systems architecture supporting major transformation initiatives across a complex global environment. You will partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to simplify processes, improve integration, and enable scalable S/4HANA capabilities. The position also plays a key role in ensuring finance solutions support both commercial and manufacturing operations while strengthening reporting and accounting outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,100 – $177,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance systems architecture and solution design for transformation programs
• Drive process simplification and harmonization by leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
• Provide leadership across key finance areas including GL, AR, AP, and reporting
