Electrolux Group North America seeks a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with Finance and Sales, driving profitability through reporting, analytics, and planning. You will develop dashboards, automate processes, and support go-to-market pricing decisions with clear financial insights for leadership.

The role emphasizes strong Excel modeling, BI tool usage (PowerBI/Tableau), and collaboration with Sales and Pricing teams to optimize go-to-market actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business and/or related field.
• 5+ years of finance and/or related experience.
• Experience in financial modeling and planning, business analysis, financial reporting or similar data-driven function.
• Experience with planning and business intelligence applications such as SAP, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or Tableau.

• Prepare and oversee the development of accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic Sales decisions.
• Automate, standardize, and improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools to monitor commercial and sales performance.
• Analyze P&L and customer-level data to drive profitable growth.
• Evaluate financial outcomes of commercial actions and forecast alignment.
• Partner with Sales and Pricing teams to provide insights and support decisions.
• Collaborate with Pricing on GTM strategies and G2N optimization.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Define KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making across functions.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for leadership on strategic initiatives.

Electrolux is seeking analysts for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst that will work with both Finance and Sales Units through the analysis of the business performance, financial results, pricing, and costs of various product.

The analyst plays a critical role that supports and influences the achievement of Electrolux profitability ambitions. The main responsibilities include actual performance reporting, dashboarding and reporting automation, trade spend management, P&L deep dives and financial planning.

The ideal analyst is data-driven, financially skilled, and analytically sharp, with a strong ability to solve problems and collaborate effectively. They excel at turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for the business, ensuring decisions are aligned with strategic goals and easily understood by non-financial stakeholders

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and oversee the development of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring insights support strategic Sales management decisions.
• Automate, standardize, and continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and business intelligence tools to monitor and improve commercial and sales performance.
• Analyze P&L and customer-level data to drive profitable growth and improve productivity.
• Evaluate financial outcomes of commercial actions, ensuring alignment with forecasts and identifying performance gaps.
• Partner with Sales and Pricing teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Pricing teams on go-to-market strategies and G2N optimization
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Work cross-functionally to define and refine KPIs and influence data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver high-impact ad hoc financial analyses to support leadership on strategic initiatives and key business decisions.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business and/or related field
• 5+ years of finance and/or related experience
• Experience in financial modeling and planning, business analysis, financial reporting or similar data-driven function

Qualifications:

• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
• Proficiency in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations, translating complex financial data into easily understandable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting
• Experience with planning and business intelligence applications such as SAP, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or Tableau.
• Strong documentation skills
• You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• You possess unquestionable ethics and integrity
