Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring for a Senior Field Technology Support Analyst to be based onsite at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

The role requires a solid IT background and a demonstrated mastery in at least one FTS area, with the ability to support configuration and deployment across the environment. Role Purpose

The Senior Field Technology Support (FTS) Analyst has developed a mastery in at least one area of FTS responsibility (configuration or deployment) and is recognized as a go-to resource in that area. The Senior FTS Analyst is working in the alternate discipline (configuration or deployment) to develop a comprehensive understanding of the full breadth of technology managed within the FTS function. The person in this role is the face of IT for the end users they interact with and as such much have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy supporting people with technical issues and needs.
