Job description

Sr. Field Service Technician (Finance)

Achieves successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. Follows detailed work instructions, amends outdated or incorrect instructions with help from Engineering teams, and improves training guides and documentation. Implements continuous improvement initiatives in the field to address administrative difficulties related to delivery and installation of equipment. Trains customers on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. Represents Honeywell at industry conferences and provides technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule will be 2nd shift, Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am, must be available during those times.
• Inspect for Quality
• Install or Repair Work Orders
• Provide Customer Support

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Honeywell, you will lead our Field Service team, optimize operations, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1+ year of mechanical or industrial field installation experience
• Ability to work 2nd shift, Mon-Thurs 5:00pm-3:30am
