Job Title: Sr. Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings and hazard mitigation on job sites
• Perform testing of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment
• Use troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve issues
• Prepare detailed reports of tests, repairs, and maintenance
• Lead safety culture and mentor team members
• Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment
• Develop testing plans and manage large projects
• Train and qualify junior technicians
• Engage with customers professionally
• Perform complex troubleshooting tasks

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Valid driver’s license with a good record

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with test equipment like Power Factor, Megger, Hi-Pot, etc.
• Knowledge of circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, motors, PTs & CCVTs

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Electrical/Electronic Technology or military experience
• 10+ years relevant industry experience
• NETA certifications preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders, stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs
