Job summary

FedEx Group seeks a facilities manager to monitor and control designated areas and to reconfigure, upgrade or remodel interiors of existing FedEx buildings. The role also involves controlling utilities costs, energy management and other property management functions across FedEx sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, plus five years of related commercial property management experience and strong communication skills, with bilingual

• Control utilities cost and manage energy management and other property management functions.
• Provide leasing recommendations for FedEx facilities.

Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent In Construction, Engineering, Or Architectural Discipline. Three (3) Years Related Experience In Commercial Property Management. Strong Human Relations And Communications Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong human relations and communication skills.

Additional Details: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
