Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a property management professional to monitor and control designated areas and buildings, and to oversee interior reconfigurations as needed. The role covers energy management, utilities cost control and leasing recommendations to meet facility needs across FedEx properties.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture and have at least five years in commercial property management, including construction.

Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent In Construction, Engineering, Or Architectural Discipline. Three (3) Years Related Experience In Commercial Property Management. Strong Human Relations And Communications Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Strong human relations and communication skills.

Additional Details

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
