Job summary

Qualifications

To Monitor And Control Designated Areas And/Or Buildings, To Reconfigure, Upgrade Or Remodel The Interiors Of The Existing Buildings Or Property And To Control Utilities Cost, Leasing Recommendations, Energy Management And Other Property Management Functions Of The Buildings. To Meet The Various Facility Needs Of Federal Express Organizations Occupying The Buildings.

Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent In Construction, Engineering, Or Architectural Discipline. Three (3) Years Related Experience In Commercial Property Management. Strong Human Relations And Communications Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong human relations and communication skills.

Additional Details: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
