Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to manage large-scale repair projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet store standards and jurisdictional requirements. Responsibilities include processing repair requests via phone, email, and MARS, and ensuring timely, cost-effective repairs.

The role emphasizes cost management, vendor coordination, and ongoing process improvement, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related trades.
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, oversee, and execute large facility maintenance repairs in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Field repair requests via email, phone calls or MARS.
• Provide cost per repair, define scope of works and repairs, manage communications.
• Process service requests by reviewing leases, exhibits and warranty timelines in Lucernex/MARS.
• Coordinate with departments, jurisdictions, contractors, and field operations for completion.
• Pursue more economical and efficient repair methods.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job description

As a Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling larger and more complex scale project. This role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our stores are not only meeting O’Reilly standards but also all jurisdictional requirements. Repair requests will come through phone, email, and the Maintenance and Repair System (MARS).

What you’ll do:

• Initiate, oversee, and execute large facility maintenance repairs in a cost effective and timely manner

• This role is responsible for field repair requests via email, phone calls or MARS

• Provides cost per repair, defines scoped of works and repairs, responsible for all internal and external communication.

• Process the service request to determine responsibility of repair by review of leases, exhibits and warranty timelines within Lucernex/MARS in order to delegate to appropriate party.

• Interface with other departments, jurisdictions, contractors, and field operations to ensure that repairs and completed

• Continually search and propose more economical and efficient ways of handling repairs

• All other duties as assigned
