Sr Experience Designer (healthcare)

We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to help create market-leading health care experiences that transform the relationship between our members and their health care. Our digital products, experiences, and engagement strategies must reflect and empower the relationship we have with the people we serve – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI/Experience Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating evidence-based design solutions and polished visuals
• Experience creating scalable components and design systems
• Excellent communication skills to justify decisions and advocate for users
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Ability to craft high-fidelity mockups and UI details
• Experience with motion design for micro-interactions and animations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive design discussions
• Define features and contribute to product strategy
• Ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Use user research and data to inform design decisions
• Leverage and evolve our design system for creating flows and visuals
• Build features that improve understanding of health products
• Gather feedback to refine designs

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range: $100k–$136k, with a bonus target of 15%. Full range: $94k Low / $118k MRP / $154k High.
