A leading company in the entertainment industry seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Addressable Revenue, Pricing, Planning & Operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience supporting senior executives, managing travel and schedules, and acting as a liaison across departments.
Department Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice President of Addressable Revenue, Pricing, Planning & Operations within Disney Advertising. This high-visibility role provides both day-to-day administrative support and broader sales and operations coordination across a dynamic, fast-paced organization. You’ll play a key role in organizing cross-functional efforts, managing travel and calendars, supporting high-level internal and external events, and maintaining alignment across key leadership stakeholders—including close partnership with Disney’s President of Advertising.
This role sits within a collaborative, high-performing executive support network and serves as a key liaison across marketing, sales communications, ticketing, and purchasing functions. Candidates based inNew York or Los Angeles will be considered, withNew York-based candidates well-positionedto provide real-time support given the executive’s frequent travel.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex schedules, organizing key meetings and events, and providing high-level operational and project support. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a central hub of coordination, communication, and execution across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-volume administrative support to the EVP. Manage complex, multi-city travel itineraries, including real-time updates based on changes and disruptions
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and support video conference logistics
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations; support special projects and strategic initiatives
Serve as a communication bridge across executives, teams, and departments.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Support events and logistics for leadership offsites, internal team-building activities, premieres, and client-facing gatherings
Act as a casual buyer for the department—manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoice processing
Process expenses, ticket allocations, and merchandise or promo orders
Onboard new team members, acting as a go-to resource for both logistics and culture
Mentor and train other executive assistants and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the support function
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years supporting senior (VP+) or C-Suite executives
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; high level of polish and professionalism
Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong time management and follow-through
Demonstrated discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, SAP, Confluence, and related tools
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and remain calm under pressure
Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build relationships and influence across levels
Strong initiative and commitment to going the extra mile
Must be flexible to work overtime with limited notice and maintain clear, proactive communication with team members and stakeholders when availability changes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a matrixed organization and/or media/advertising industry
Familiarity with media agency structures, client servicing, and industry event coordination (Upfronts, Cannes, etc.)
Working knowledge of digital and streaming advertising trends and tools
Proactive interest in department operations and program-building
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
