Citizens Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant II to manage multiple projects and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role includes managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing high-quality reports.
Description
The incumbent will possess thorough knowledge of the organization, and have the proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance. The Executive Assistant II will have the ability to work independently on and manage multiple projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Duties include scheduling of appointments, preparation of external / internal correspondence, telephone/visitor screening, arranging complex and detailed domestic/international travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and receptions, preparation of presentation materials, maintenance / filing of documents, preparation of expense reports. May perform ongoing maintenance to various data bases and generate reports. Assist in arranging large colleague meetings/events including senior leadership staff.
