The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Director of Central Sterile Processing & Supply (CSPS) and the CSPS leadership team, providing comprehensive executive, operational, and administrative support across a complex, multi-site healthcare environment. This highly visible and influential support role is responsible for helping leaders operate effectively by coordinating priorities, facilitating communication and follow-through, managing information flow, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple hospitals and departments. The individual will serve as a central point of coordination for leadership activities, helping to ensure operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and timely execution of key priorities. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment while managing sensitive information and competing priorities. They will be expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve how work is accomplished by leveraging technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and standardized workflows that reduce administrative burden and support a modern, data-informed leadership operating model. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, technologically savvy, intellectually curious, and energized by creating systems, improving processes, and helping leaders and teams perform at their highest level.
Experience: Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
