Job summary

Jobot is seeking aSr. Estimator with heavy civil or large multifamily expertise to support a growing pipeline of public-sector and infrastructure work across North Texas.

This role will lead preconstruction efforts, oversee estimating operations, build client and industry relationships, and help drive future growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of estimating experience with a large contractor, strong market knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Background with a large heavy civil contractor, self-perform contractor, or multifamily/general contractor.
• Proven ability to lead pursuits, develop pricing strategies, and review complex estimates.
• Strong industry relationships and market knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
