Branch Civil, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Estimator with deep heavy civil and site development experience. You will lead bids, perform take-offs, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities include project site visits, risk assessment, and developing competitive estimates across multiple bid packages in a fast-growing environment.
Branch Civil, Inc. is searching for a collaborative and driven Senior Estimator to join our well-established, growing company. The Senior Estimator must exhibit a thorough working knowledge of heavy civil and site development as related to all disciplines and phases of construction. This position requires the candidate to be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and to be committed to quality. The Senior Estimator reports to the Lead Estimator.

Salary Min: $91,266
Salary Max: $156,470
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Travel is estimated at approximately 20%. Occasional travel to other regions of the country and overnight stays.
This position will occasionally supervise up to 4 employees.

Office days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work hours may include occasional nights and weekends which may include overnight stays.
