The Senior Estimator collaborates closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to align estimates with project scope and client expectations. Ultimately, the Senior Estimator ensures that all estimates reflect realistic costs while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and labor cost structures.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced estimating tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
