The Branch Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the estimating function, overseeing a team of estimators supporting approximately $30M to $50M in annual sales. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, competitive, and profitable bids while driving consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment.The Pre-Construction Manager plays a critical role in achieving company revenue targets by improving bid quality, increasing win rates, protecting margin, and building a strong, sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
