The EPIC Dorothy billing analyst supports home care and hospice billing workflows, focusing on the EPIC modules: Resolute Billing for home care & hospice. The role involves designing, building, testing, and implementing Resolute software applications in collaboration with operational leaders, end users, and IT personnel to ensure workflows are accurate, effective, compliant with regulations, and optimized for patient care.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related area may substitute for a degree.
The salary range is competitive and based on market data, considering skills, education, experience, and organizational needs.
