The Sr. Enterprise Planning and Purchasing Specialist is an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in supply planning and digital supply chain solutions. Ability to lead/execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. Responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving supply planning capabilities across the organization, with primary emphasis on digital planning systems, process integration and data-enabled ways of working.
Serve as the functional expert for digital planning, including IBP and SAP. Develop, maintain and improve supply planning processes, and standard work across the organization. Lead projects within Planning and Procurement to improve operations, planning effectiveness, ERP capabilities and inventory performance. Support change requests, system governance, and adoption of new capabilities. Train and coach Planning and Purchasing personnel on digital tools, planning processes and standard work to improve consistency and capability. Maintain and govern master data and parameters to support accurate and effective planning outputs. Apply strong supply planning knowledge to materials and production planning, procurement, inventory management and service objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Sourcing and Operations, to optimize and automate the flow of materials, information decisions. Manage and improve departmental KPIs, including inventory levels and distressed inventory, and use system data to improve visibility and decision-making. Support efficient product delivery flow with focus on service, cost and time optimization.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of the functional area. Experience in Materials Management, Manufacturing, Planning, or a combination of related functional areas.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. APICS certification. The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
