The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business users, IT Application Analysts, and Operations Analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and their application within business processes, with responsibility for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing solutions that improve operational effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance system performance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing training to end‑users, and ensuring system alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate demonstrates excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This is an onsite position is based in Madison, WI.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
