Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Applications to lead Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP initiatives, shaping the technology roadmap and collaborating with management and stakeholders to deliver transformative enterprise solutions.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, architectural governance, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and budgets. Occasional travel is expected, with a focus on delivering high‑impact ERP innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer/Information Science, Finance, Accounting, MIS or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in solution/system architecture and leading teams of developers/ SME’s.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP and integration with ERP/Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise applications initiatives.
• Lead architecture planning and governance in a hybrid cloud portfolio.
• Manage timelines and deliver on projects with developers and program managers.
• Mentor a team of managers, senior ICs, contractors, and offshore teams.
