Job summary

Farnsworth Group in Frisco, TX is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in Transportation to lead engineering, staff support, and QC/QA for transportation roadway and street projects.

You will develop and mentor staff, collaborate with other disciplines, and maintain client relations while establishing budgets and schedules across local and statewide projects. A PE and 15+ years of transportation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program.
• 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience working on and with DOT, County, and Local Agency projects.
• Proven leadership skills with engineering staff.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects.
• Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.

FarnsworthGroup is seeking a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager in the posting locations below. In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.
