Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in east Tennessee seeks a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of EE's and ME's in developing advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will oversee development, testing, safety compliance, and production, while mentoring engineers and shaping strategy in a small, fast-paced environment with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Must have a BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of engineering management experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience designing complex electromechanical systems for medical applications.
• Strong mentoring skills and talent development in a high-impact environment.

Privately-owned medical device manufacturer in east TN has immediate opening for aSr. Engineering Managerwho canlead a team of EE's and ME'sin the development of high-tech electromechanical systems. The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidatesMUSThaveBSEE / MSEE degreesalong with10+ years Engineering Management experiencein medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
