Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of process piping systems for multiple projects in the United States.

The role focuses on managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance while guiding a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate has a chemical or mechanical engineering background with 10+ years of experience, including semiconductor exposure and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering work experience.
  • Design experience of Process systems including ultrapure water, wastewater, specialty gas, specialty chemical and process mechanical systems such as process cooling water, compressed air and vacuum systems.
  • Design experience of Mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, and exhaust systems.
  • Experience with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and Sequence of Operations (SOO).
  • Semiconductor process knowledge working with wafer facilities.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE), strongly preferred
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Ability to travel

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in one of the posting locations below. In this role you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of process piping systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in the semiconductor industry.
