The Sr. Electronics Engineer – Aerospace Motors will lead the design, development, and optimization of electronic systems for electric propulsion motors used in advanced aerospace platforms. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA, (we're also open to São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil) with flexibility for some work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit designs, performing detailed simulations and analyses, defining requirements for motor control electronics, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in mechanical, systems, and software engineering. The engineer will plan and execute test and validation activities, troubleshoot performance issues, support certification and compliance efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and documentation. This position also involves mentoring other engineers, participating in design reviews, and supporting production ramp-up with a focus on quality, safety, and reliability.
