Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an Electrical Sr PM in the Seattle area to lead ground-up electrical projects, directing teams, schedules, and client value with a focus on profitability.

You will manage project scope, coordinate with supervisors and workers, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while driving project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large ground up electrical projects.
• Experience managing the project, supervisors and workers in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Experience in the electrical field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for managing assigned projects and teams, including performance and profitability.
• Ensure all work is performed on schedule, to quality standards, and in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage schedules and participate in or conduct project meetings.

What You Will Be Doing

• - Be accountable for the management of assigned projects and teams including the performance, profitability, and ultimately adding value to multiple projects.
• - Perform all work within an established time frame and ensures that work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established Company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
