Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Engineer - Energy & Utilities in one of the specified locations. In this role, you will handle multiple projects for full Electrical design, including Power Distribution, Controls, Renewable Energy Systems, Medium Voltage Systems, Substations, Lighting, and Communications for Oil & Gas, Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy markets.

Job Activities:
- Manage multiple projects involving full Electrical design, including Power distribution, Lighting, Telecommunications, Controls, Renewable Energy Systems, and MV systems for industrial and oil and gas markets.
- Oversee daily planning, staffing, and execution of complex projects.
- Engage in code research, fieldwork, schematic design, calculations, equipment specification, and preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control, monitor budgets, and coordinate with other teams.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and other disciplines.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor junior staff.
Specific Requirements include:
- Electrical engineer with 15+ years of experience in complex system design.
- BS in Electrical Engineering; PE license required.
- Experience in industrial power, controls, and MV systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; knowledge of codes and standards.
- Willingness to travel and pass background checks.
- NCEES Record holder preferred; knowledge of Navisworks, SKM PowerTools, or ETap is a plus.

Our Hybrid Work Program supports work-life balance and flexibility.
Salary Range: $112,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
