Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and diagrams
• Enforce jobsite safety procedures and compliance
• Coordinate with Superintendents and clients
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and manage materials
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues
• Maintain records and document work progress
