Job summary

gpac is energized to help a reputable multi-disciplinary Engineering firm find a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager. The role demands leading electrical design across buildings, collaborating with staff engineers, and delivering projects from concept to completion.

The candidate should possess P.E. licensure, a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 8+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit, plus expertise in lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm

• Expertise in all aspects of building electrical design such as lighting, power distribution, communications, and fire alarm.

Responsibilities

• Function as lead electrical engineer for multi-discipline projects, through all phases of process.
• Perform electrical design tasks and calculations for the electrical designs aspects of buildings.
• Coordinating project electrical requirements with each client as well as consultants both in-houst and outside.
• Perform code reviews.
• Oversee projects and technicians.
• Establish and maintain electrical fees and provide budgeting for assigned projects.
• Work independently as well as in a multi-discipline team working closely to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
