Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer (PE) to join our team in a design/build environment. You will lead design and renovation projects across healthcare, commercial, education, and government sectors, delivering on schedule and budget.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, client communication, and mentoring of junior engineers, with responsibilities spanning planning, design, production, quality control, and project profitability.

Qualifications

• PE Licensed Required.
• ABET Accredited Electrical Engineering degree.
• 6-10+ years designing and managing electrical/MEP projects.
• Experience delivering design/build or renovation projects.
• Proven experience designing power and lighting systems.
• Experience on healthcare, commercial, education, government or transportation projects.

Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Team. Must have experience delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects ideally for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc. Required Engineering Consulting experience managing multiple projects at various stages, including all planning, design, production, quality control and financial responsibilities. This person will provide technical leadership, mentoring & guidance to team members to assure total quality of all engineering efforts; Coordinates the activities of all team members and assures production meets schedules while producing a reasonable profit.

Qualifications

• PE Licensed Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, ABET Accredited.
• 6-10+ years of experience Designing and Managing Electrical/MEP Projects for Engineering Consulting or Design/Build environment
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer Designing Power and Lighting Building Systems on complex projects.
• Project Experience Delivering New Construction and/or Renovation Projects for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc.
• Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD Software
• Construction Costs and Life Cycle Analysis; Experience Managing Moderate to Complex Projects
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
• Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff
• Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings
• Ability to mentor junior level staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Local Building Codes & Standards.
• Strong technical leadership and management skills.
