Position Summar
yReporting directly to the Project Manager, the Sr. Electrical Engineer will drive the strategy, execution, and oversight of major capital projects at our primary industrial manufacturing facility. This role focuses on advanced power distribution system design, implementation, and long-term asset reliability, alongside the seamless integration of industrial control systems to ensure optimal, safe, and efficient plant operations
- esCapital Project Leadership: Spearhead the lifecycle—design, planning, and execution—of complex power distribution systems for high-value capital initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to electrical codes, safety benchmarks, and corporate objective
- s.Project Execution: Serve as the technical lead for electrical initiatives. Scope out project boundaries, construct accurate cost estimates, establish timelines, and direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, within-budget deliver
- y.Power Distribution System Design: Design and draft specifications for low- and medium-voltage power distribution infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and protective relaying system
- s.Controls & Automation Integration: Partner with automation engineers to bridge power distribution hardware and protective relays with PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, and SCADA infrastructure. Provide strategic technical guidance on electrical architecture as it intersects with control system
