What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of 6–7 within the R&D and design group while staying directly involved in engineering work. This is a hands-on role centered on the design and prototype of custom electronics for advanced instruments. You’ll work closely with other engineering groups to support product development and help move complex designs forward. The position requires a strong balance of leadership and execution, with day-to-day involvement in mixed signal control electronics, embedded systems, firmware, and microcontroller-related work. Some travel is part of the role, including international travel.
