Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in MEP Building Systems profession
  • Responsible for developing electrical design drawings for building systems, including creating a one-line diagram, load analysis, panel schedules, and researching product data sheets.
  • Responsible for selecting and specifying electrical equipment like switchboards, panels, transformers, and lighting controls.
  • Provide guidance during construction, answering questions about design to architects and contractors.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and other engineers.
  • PE license is preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; graduate work preferred.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of professional experience.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required; background checks may be conducted.
Performance Expectations
  • Train backup personnel.
  • Comply with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure ISO compliance.
  • Complete duties within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare design documentation.
  • Review shop drawings and complete training programs.
