Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer - Remote with 50% Travel

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience leading and executing Allen Bradley PLC-based control system projects for teams.
2. Expertise in designing control system architectures, with familiarity in Siemens Simatic 505 hardware.
3. Skilled in troubleshooting legacy hardware and participating in system migrations to advanced PLCs and HMIs.
4. Ability to design secure control system networks.
5. Proficient in mentoring and training engineers and managing projects from inception to completion.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholders.
7. Knowledgeable in oil & gas, mission-critical infrastructure and water treatment systems.
8. A four-year technical degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Simatic 505 Hardware and AB ControlLogix PLCs.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
3. Possession of a P.E. license is a strong advantage.
