Job summary

The Department of Medicine at UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA is seeking an organized professional to support resident success and educational experiences. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate programs, and help manage multiple priorities with a resident-first approach.

Regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with potential weekend work and travel as needed. A background check is required for employment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health, or related field.
  • 1 year of administrative or program coordination experience.
  • Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.

Job description

Pay Range:Targeted salary up to $57,380 annually, depending on education and experience.
