Position Introduction:
Join the OU Health Campus Department of Emergency Medicine as an Education Program Coordinator, a role designed for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex, high-impact work. This position serves as a key coordinator within a fast-paced academic department, supporting faculty leaders and ensuring the seamless execution of educational programs and events. Working closely with all faculty members, including educational program leaders, the incumbent independently manages educational activities, visiting professorships, educational labs, and rotating residents.
The role will also be involved with departmental communications and digital marketing efforts, including newsletters, digital advertising, promotional materials, website content, and other communications that support the department's educational and research missions. You will serve as a central point of coordination across faculty, students, and university partners, managing logistics for educational programs including, scheduling, communications, and program materials to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
