Job summary

Aven Hospitality is seeking a Dynatrace Administrator to strengthen our observability across cloud and application estates. You will own Dynatrace administration, configure governance, and expand AI-driven monitoring with hands-on work across Kubernetes, databases, and services.

You will partner with Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and DBA teams to set SLIs/SLOs, tune alerts, and deliver actionable dashboards for reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Dynatrace in large-scale environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into observability, SLI/SLOs, and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with Cloud/SRE/DevOps teams to drive reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Dynatrace platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end observability standards across infra, apps, containers, and cloud services.
• Lead onboarding of new applications into Dynatrace and ensure consistent monitoring.

As we continue to modernize and scale our technology platforms, we are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Administrator to help advance our observability strategy, bring fresh perspectives, and play a key role in improving the reliability, performance, and customer experience of our hospitality solutions.The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve service and customer challenges within our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization and work closely with developers & EA teams by taking their requirement and converting into business transactions. Manage & improve APM solution according to the needs of the organization.
