Job summary

HCSC in Chicago seeks a strategic planning professional to identify tools and track opportunities in alignment with company strategy.

You will develop end-to-end reports, interfacing with business, technical, and analytical teams to enable informed decisions. The role requires strong communication, data synthesis, and governance interaction, leveraging Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development, in health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry.
• Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization;
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills.

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
