Job Summary:
The Sr. Director, Solutions Engineering will be responsible for leading the Solutions Engineering team, providing direct customer support, including managing new product introduction, advanced system integration, legacy product support, and technical problem solving in support of Sales. Additionally, the role will serve as a customer technical advocate for the company's engineering organization.
This role provides a remote opportunity, reporting directly to the VP, Global Solutions, and will work closely with teams based in Rochester, NY, United Kingdom, and remotely across the globe.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $175,000 to $219,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the role. This is a reasonable estimate based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may pay more or less as permitted by law, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
