Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking in renewable energy or comparable fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling with experience structuring complex finance deals.
• Familiarity with partnership flips, construction financing, and back-leverage project finance structures.
• Experience creating marketing materials and managing data rooms for fundraising efforts.
• Strong understanding of renewable development processes and financing mechanisms.
• Experience negotiating financing documentation and engaging cross-functional teams for transaction closure.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Project Finance to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This senior leadership role will drive complex project finance and transaction activity in support of utility-scale renewable energy development. The ideal candidate will bring strong modeling, structuring, and execution expertise to help advance financing strategies, manage key investor relationships, and support successful closings. This position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to move transactions from strategy through completion while helping scale the company's renewable project portfolio.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $230,000 – $275,000 annually
