Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking an executive Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of large, complex programs across multiple customers and technologies in Columbia, MD.

The role leads strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation, develops standardized PM processes and governance, and drives continuous improvement while partnering with senior leadership to deliver on time, within budget, and with the required performance.

• Engage with senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop high-performing program teams.
