Job summary

Anblicks Inc. in Dallas is seeking an experienced program leader to drive large-scale technology programs from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and quality, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across the enterprise.

You will build dashboards, establish KPIs, and promote Agile and Scrum best practices while partnering with executive leadership, customers, and partners to deliver results with accountability and continuous improvement.

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery of programs within scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational dashboards
• Drive Agile, Scrum, and enterprise delivery best practices across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
