Qualifications

• 17+ years in an OEM/ODM environment with at least 8 years leading a large team (hundreds of people).
• Expert knowledge in cloud use cases, architectures, algorithms, frameworks, head node, and datacenter components.
• Experience engaging with tier‑one customers with large CSP deployments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead teams to resolve complex issues amid ambiguity.
• Strong interpersonal skills in verbal, written, and presentation, with outstanding organizational skills to lead cross‑functional teams to business success.

Responsibilities

This individual will manage client expectations for Data Center Solutions and lead internal engineering teams to develop and improve these solutions. The candidate will create aggressive go-to‑market plans, develop product road maps, and strategically position Data Center Solutions in the market to maximize visibility.

Salary Range

$250,000 - $295,000

The salary offered will depend on location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as bonus and equity award programs.
