Job summary

Super Micro Computer seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead enterprise and data center solutions, working with enterprise customers to win business. You will drive end-to-end product strategy, manage roadmaps, and coordinate across engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact server/storage products.

The role requires deep experience in PC/server/Networking, NPI, and high-speed board design, with strong communication and leadership skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8+ years in managing electronics circuits design, development, and validation.
• Minimum 5+ years of job experience in PC/Server/Networking with product and program management.
• Proven track record of launching outstanding products with high-speed board design experience.
• Schedule control and product TTM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing CM and understanding supply chain management.
• Knowledge of server systems architecture, NVMe, RAID, NAS, SAN, ISCSI, I2C, GPIO; M.2/U.2 devices preferred.
• Prior design, testing, NPI experience preferred.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and travel willingness.

Job Summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who can work with enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap planning and promotion

• Server systems architecture knowledge especially with enterprise storage hardware and software, NVMe, RAID, expanders, NAS, SAN, ISCSI, I2C and GPIO. M.2 and U.2 devices, and other storage technologies preferred
• Prior design, testing, NPI experience preferred
• A team worker wth excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel when requested.

Salary Range

$155,000 - $185,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

• In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
