Job Summary

The Product Manager will develop product roadmaps to promote internal teams and customers. As a core member of the Motherboard Product Management team, you will engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and promote the right product; work with sales/FAE to close deals
• Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on product optimization
• Work with related teams to promote products internally and externally
• Create positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, and product specifications
• Present training materials to internal sales force and external stakeholders
• Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows
• Conduct competitive analysis and build an ecosystem with industry partners
• Drive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to debug
• Serve as third‑level technical support and provide pre/post‑sales assistance

Qualifications

Salary Range

$115,000 - $123,000. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
