• Owns product enablement and analytics strategies for packaging offerings.
• Leads cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and more.
• Defines operating models, value propositions, and pricing inputs for services.
• Develops dashboards and data-driven decision support for growth opportunities.
• Drives continuous improvement priorities and governance routines.
• Maintains executive relationships to validate strategies and remove barriers.
