Jobot is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Design to lead our dynamic design team for cutting-edge B2B SaaS products in the automotive retail space.

This is a full-time, remote role leveraging AI to build working prototypes and deliver high-quality designs. With 8+ years in product design and 3+ years in leadership, you will shape design strategy, collaborate across departments, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with proven experience with B2B SaaS product design.
• 3+ years experience leading design teams with track record of success delivering quality products.
• Experience shipping AI features or products into production.
• Proficiency in Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for building prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Knowledge of the automotive retail industry is preferred.
• A degree in design, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Job Details

Our company is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Director of Product Design to lead our dynamic design team. This is a permanent position that involves overseeing the design of our cutting-edge B2B SaaS products in the automotive retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS software design leverage AI tools to build working prototypes. With your 8+ years of experience, you will be expected to deliver high-quality, user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our diverse client base. This is a full time salaried job with remote working environment.
