This is a full-time, remote role leveraging AI to build working prototypes and deliver high-quality designs. With 8+ years in product design and 3+ years in leadership, you will shape design strategy, collaborate across departments, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with proven experience with B2B SaaS product design.
• 3+ years experience leading design teams with track record of success delivering quality products.
• Experience shipping AI features or products into production.
• Proficiency in Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for building prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Knowledge of the automotive retail industry is preferred.
• A degree in design, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing the design team to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly B2B SaaS products.
• Developing and implementing design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into product designs.
• Utilizing Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude to design and refine our products.
• Using wireframing techniques to create a visual representation of our products before they are developed.
• Leveraging knowledge of the automotive industry to design products that meet customer needs.
• Continually monitoring industry trends and advancements in product design to stay competitive.
• Conducting regular reviews of product designs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
